Frank and Melissa Giorgio have lived and breathed dance their whole lives. As accomplished competitive dance students, they both became certified instructors in ballet, tap, jazz, and acrobatics. Their passion and love for dance fuelled the need to share the art form, leading to the birth of Canadian Dance Unit (CDU), a beacon of dance education for over 20 years. Their dedication to building both engaging recreational and first-class competitive programs has instilled a deep love for dance in countless students.

Backed by Experience

With CDU, Frank and Melissa established one of the country's premier competitive dance programs, earning numerous national titles and the prestigious "Studio of the Year" award at The Dance Awards. Their alumni have gone on to achieve professional success in film, television, and stage productions.

The Next Chapter

In 2022, Frank and Melissa embraced the opportunity to lead Sean Boutilier Academy of Dance, continuing their mission to inspire dancers to not only excel in their craft but also grow into exceptional individuals. Now, the evolution of their brand will see Sean Boutilier Academy of Dance transition into the Canadian Dance Academy.
