Kristopher Grzella

Kristopher Grzella is a professional dancer and choreographer from Toronto, Ontario, with a diverse background in ballet, jazz, tap, contemporary, and hip-hop. He has had the privilege of training with world-renowned choreographers such as Luther Brown, Brian Friedman, Gil Duldulao, Tyce Diorio, Mandy Moore, Jillian Meyers, and Tucker Barkley. These experiences have helped shape Kristopher into a versatile artist with a passion for both performing and teaching.
Kristopher’s career has taken him to some of the biggest stages in the world. He has performed at the Canadian Country Music Awards, Canada’s Got Talent, and toured internationally with the celebrated production Art on Ice in Switzerland. His television and film credits include Make It Pop, Disney’s Zombies 1, 2, and 3, Self Made: Inspired by the Life of Madam C. J. Walker, Spin, Y: The Last Man, What We Do in the Shadows, Schmigadoon, Glamorous, and HBO Max’s Welcome to Derry. Kristopher has also worked with artists such as Billie Eilish, Charlotte Cardin, Valley by Natural, and Steven Lee Olsen, and appeared in M. Night Shyamalan’s feature film Trap.
While Kristopher is proud of his accomplishments on stage and screen, his greatest joy comes from teaching and mentoring young dancers. In the studio, he focuses on building confidence, encouraging individuality, and inspiring students to push past their limits while still having fun. Kristopher is thrilled to continue sharing his love of dance and creativity with the dancers and families of Canadian Dance Academy.
